I have requested that and hereby authorize a representative(s) of uTax Software LLC to perform work on my computers and network(s), including but not limited to software, hardware, computer peripherals and memory (the “Computer System”). In consideration for uTax agreeing to perform this work, I agree to the following terms and conditions.
Neither uTax Software LLC nor any of its representatives will be responsible at any time for the loss of any information or data from my Computer System (whether related to uTax’s software products and services or otherwise) or any malfunction or failure of the Computer System. I shall be responsible for use of the Computer System.
I also acknowledge and agree that it is my responsibility to make sure that the Computer System has been completely backed up.
